Fire treatments

Upon request, we can treat your wood ceiling panels to make them fire-retardant. Vacuum impregnation in an autoclave makes wood less susceptible to ignition and helps prevent the spread of fire. The fire-retardant product applied in this process is 100% natural and biodegradable, and does not affect the colour or structure of the wood.

Flame-retardant finishes are mainly used in high-rise projects and public buildings such as sports facilities, schools, hospitals and libraries, where they are required by law.

Acoustic comfort

Wood ceilings absorb sound, but acoustic ceiling panels may be more appropriate for use in some spaces. Acoustics are often poor in large-volume spaces and industrial interiors, such as offices, restaurants, sports facilities and libraries. Good acoustics are also essential in living spaces. Our acoustic ceiling panels can substantially improve acoustics in many situations. Feel free to ask us for advice for your specific project.
