Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center – College Hill
The new addition to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center intended to create a place of comfort, healing, and privacy. Project stakeholders brought in USG to provide to assist with a ceiling system that could bring these qualities to a space while also introducing a high level of performance that maintains aesthetics and reduces installation complexity. USG Ensemble® Acoustical Drywall Ceilings were installed on three floors.
The Chicago Architecture Center is a 20,000 square-foot space located in downtown Chicago. It was designed by Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill Architecture and is highlighted by an acoustic ceiling system utilizing USG Ensemble® Acoustical Drywall Ceiling for uncompromising acoustic control and aesthetic harmony. Considering that the Chicago Architecture Center is a popular tourist destination, sound control was an important feature.
