Our company is dedicated to creating fused glass architectural decor to beautify home and commercial environments. Since forming Adagio in 2003, we've grown to more than 110 dealers across the U.S. plus Canada and Korea, carrying our tiles, knobs & pulls, artworks, jewelry and accessories. The company is owned by internationally acclaimed glass artist Mary Barron and her husband, Rick Barron. Mary's glass art has been displayed at numerous invitational and juried shows and is featured in private and commercial collections in the United States, Canada and Europe. In 2003 and again in 2005, she was among a select group of international artists invited to the International Biennale of Contemporary Art in Florence, Italy. In 2004, 2010 and again in 2012, her work was selected by the U.S. Department of State for the ART in Embassies program, sharing the honor with American artists including Roy Lichtenstein and Dale Chihuly. Mary's fused glass art style stems from more than two decades of studies in glass. Her fused glass tiles and artworks draw from a palette trained by her classical arts education, informed by her professional career in commerical art, and shaped by her innate playful creativity.
