Architettura Tommasi is an Italian architectural firm founded in 1981 by Architect Gianni Tommasi. Initially focused on the private residential sector and territorial planning, focus later have been extended to the recovery and restoration of listed buildings. As of today, Architettura Tommasi lists valuable collaborations and interventions ranging from the residential to the office sector, from the restoration of monumental complexes to retail, from territorial planning to the study of urban design.
Thanks to the entry in 2016 of his son Tommaso, graduated in architecture from IUAV in 2012, the firm has adopted the most modern technologies in the design field, thus guaranteeing a path of continuous growth that has led it to adopt, since 2018, BIM technology and to obtain ISO 9001-2015 certification. Collaboration with professionals who delve into historical-environmental aspects has made it possible to form a work team capable of providing timely, in-depth and complete designs in all areas involving architecture.
The studio, with an enchanting and profound view of the Euganean Hills, has been welded into a space where father and son together with other young architects and researchers take care of the emotional aspect of each project by developing the aesthetic, material and spatial contents of architecture.
Its design approaches are ranging from the recovery and subsequent transformation of historic buildings to residential design, with a common thread that has sustainability as its central element, to which is added attention to every design detail, design and craftsmanship.
