In the early seventies, Javier López de Lamadrid made the determination to continue with the family tradition always linked to Textile Decoration and founded, together with Claudio Güell, the company Güell Lamadrid SA, origin of the current Company. Nowadays, its main publishing brands, Güell Lamadrid and Les Créations de la Maison, are taken into account by the vast majority of decorators and interior designers of the highest level in Spain, being well recognized by consumers seeking fabrics from high range to decorate their homes. In the last 15 years the company has taken another dimension and despite the crisis that has affected our sector so much, Lamadrid Group has only consolidated itself as a leader in our market thanks to diversification, taking advantage of two new major lines of growth ; Export and Contract.
