The quality of our life is strongly influenced by the architecture quality in which we live and that surrounds us. Our design is mainly based on the relationship between man and environment, and it’s represented by an architecture in which individual well-being and environmental sustainability are closely related.
LUCA CURCI ARCHITECTS deals with architecture design, from urban planning to interior design, bioclimatic planning and green building, consolidations and restructuring, structural calculation, architecture and monumental restoration, urban design, leisure/sport spaces planning, design of luxury hotels, spa, tourist resort, furniture, interior and industrial design.
The studio analyzes the urban planning‘s main themes, researching and planning about homes (determinating the proportion and the type of homes that will be built and the proportion that will be targeted for home ownership versus rental), about commercial, industrial and economical structures (identifing the best places within a community for locating factories, shopping areas, and offices), about recreational places (planning for parks, open space, community facilities and community centers), about transportation facilities (studing transportation systems to determine when additional transportation facilities are needed, where they should be built, and the mix of transportation options that should be available), about the management of provisions, wastes and supply of energy, and about community development (organizing and community development, seeking to increase social justice, reduce poverty, and build vital and thriving underresourced communities).
LUCA CURCI ARCHITECTS‘ works have been published in many international magazines, like Landscape Middle East, The Huffington Post International, Designboom, Inhabitat, Tall Buildings Magazine, and many others.
