Founded in 2015, REA was born under the basis of creating conscious projects. Starting from logic, honesty and the beauty that imperfection provides. We have worked in all scales, from products to master plans, intertwining academic research and professional practice. We act as facilitators since the creative process is to discuss to all the stakeholders involved to achieve a balanced result in line with the real needs of the commission. Therefore, we always co-design with our clients, investors, users and collaborators. The outcome of this process is diverse proposals, which in aesthetic terms are not identical, but which in conceptual and design language maintain a correlation. Because "re" is looking at the past to analyse the present and merge elements that create balance and integration in the long term, supporting our idea that the wisest solutions are not the newest ones but those that reinvent the oldest ones. So a successful design is part of an iterative procedure structured along thematic axes in which spatial, environmental, financial, anthropometrical and sociological feasibility stand out. Thus, our team is not only REA but all the specialists we are involved with within each process. They are always our fellows, with whom we seek to expand to enrich and explore new techniques. Design is no longer an individual activity, it is a joint development of constant transformation, and we are part of it.
