Twins Irina and Olga Sundukovy founded eponymous design & architecture studio Sundukovy Sisters (S+S), in 2004. Today a team of 80+ talented and passionate people creates award-winning interiors for public places around the world. For the moment S+S has professional architects and dedicated representatives in Paris, Berlin, New York, Dubai and London who take part in meetings, regularly visit sites, assist in all raised matters and communicate with contractors. In 2018 the Gold Key Awards in New York recognized the studio as Designers of the Year. S+S create interiors and brand concepts for hospitality projects, focusing on the upscale, luxury, lifestyle and boutique segments with more than 150 completed hospitality projects across Europe, Russia, the USA, the Middle East and Asia. "We believe that design should be relevant, aesthetic and functional, and we find inspiration in the history of each location, adding а contemporary, idiosyncratic twist and self-irony. How do we create interiors? Public space is first of all people plus location. We start our work with audience analysis. Who will come to have dinner in our restaurant – which travellers will stay in our hotel? These people are the clients that will finally evaluate the results of our work."
