The Loft Expert! Group

Bill Cooper has been specializing in lofts since his first loft sale in 2001. He moved into his loft in 2002 and formed The Loft Expert! Group and has since enjoyed the daily changes to the downtown Los Angeles landscape. Bill is one of the few REALTORS® who actually lives, works and plays downtown. He is very involved in Los Angeles' downtown management and residential property planning. He is currently the President of the Downtown Real Estate Association in Los Angeles. The Loft Expert! Group is under Coldwell Banker's brokerage.
