We believe that architecture creates a new language in the space we inhabit.
We are the people of connections and joinery, connecting fine details to the whole, bridging the gap between the personal scale and the city. Our work is inherently connected to the understanding that we have a public responsibility regarding the character of the surroundings in which we live. We aspire to plan buildings which create a better public space. The office deals with interior design, planning buildings, Tama 38 (seismic strengthening of existing buildings) and urban design. The office was active in initiating several social design projects combining the design of spaces with the social environment.
Our main advantage is the ability to connect different disciplines with a variety of perspectives: planning buildings, architectural design, interior design, knowledge of the building permit process, understanding and analyzing the economics of projects.
Yoma Architects was established in 2009 by Michal and Netanel Meir. The office currently has six staff members.
