Itslaying out has been a key element as for the quality of the accomodations but also for the neighborhood. Three points are carrying the entire structure and they are noticed on the floor. In otherswords, the building becomes a linkingelementbetween the school, the existinghousings, and to come, the future shops and the entrance of the city.

The windows are elements of the composition of the facade. It makes the organization of the materiality of this one. The mullions’ dimension and of itsbedrocksisdirectlyinspired by the rigor of the pre-existing building. Repetition, alignement and symetry are elements of the composition thatlink the building to the city
