The project consists in the design of a detached house in a lot with an area of 556.00 m2 in the La Aurora urbanization in the district of Miraflores in Lima, Peru. This project was presented in the municipality of Miraflores in April 2017.
The urbanistic parameters of the lot allow a maximum height of 3 floors, 3 parking spaces for the house and a free area of 35% of the lot as a minimum.
The house is organized in a volume of 2 floors with an L shape. It has a pedestrian entrance along Calle Los Gladiolos and vehicular entrance through Salvador Gutiérrez street. The volumetry stands out for its large volume in concrete seen, as a diagonal view, which protects the summer sun to the terrace, the double height room and the master bedroom. The garden and the swimming pool are delimited by the house and all the environments by the configuration in the form of seeing the garden and the street. thus also all these are correctly illuminated and ventilated.
On the first level, there is the entrance hall that connects a study, the visitor bathroom, a living room with a view to the interior patio and a room that faces the front garden and the pool. Also on the first floor is the kitchen, the pantry, a storage room with a service bathroom and finally the parking lots. The kitchen has a generous island and a dining room, and has cross ventilation.
You can climb to the second level in the middle of a main staircase, which has a steel core and is clad in wood, this is located at the end of the receipt or through a service staircase. On the second floor, the master bedroom is located with its respective seating, a dressing room and a master bathroom. In addition, with a bathroom and a closet.
On the third level the service area is located with a laundry, a store yard, two service bedrooms and a service bathroom. The roof of the house has several teatinas and perforations that allow to illuminate the emptiness of the main staircase and the entrance corridor to the secondary rooms.
As for the finishes, the exterior volumes have been worked on concrete concrete, metal structures and natural stones.
Inside the floors are porcelain and PVC joinery with tempered glass.
