Apartamento Baronesa
The Baronesa Apartment originally boasted a well-structured layout, featuring a spacious living room with a balcony, a master bedroom, and two additional bedrooms. The clients expressed their desire for a fully renovated kitchen, one that is luminous and expansive, capable of seamlessly integrating with the living room or being closed off as needed for daily activities. To fulfill this vision, we devised a sliding door that offers flexibility: it can be fully opened, recessed into the wall, or closed altogether.

This Apartment is a mixture of modern and minimal luxury, where spacious rooms are designed with minimum furniture and clear details – to give a minimal yet luxurious design look. This 3,540 sq.ft home has contemporary design vocabulary and integrates the principle of minimal luxury. Clean lines, patterns and texture unite in perfect harmony, all beneath an earthy color palette that is designed to soothe one’s senses.

Im Auftrag eines Kunden, der als Lehrer arbeitet, wurde STD Design Consultant gebeten, ein 110 Quadratmeter großes Apartment mit drei Schlafzimmern in ein geräumiges Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern für eine Familie im The Gold View Apartment in Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt, Vietnam, zu verwandeln.

After the big earthquake in Japan on March 3, 2011, the client inherited a sunny plot of land in a residential suburb of Tokyo, Japan. The destruction that was caused by the earthquake forced the client to spend a short period of time living in isolation and as a result, the client is now intent on designing, for the purpose of a peaceful life, a residential apartment for himself and his tenants. Being a typically shy Japanese man, the owner wants the apartments to have privacy, yet at the same time, wants to also promote sociable exchanges between the tenants.

Two apartments in the Bandeira building: The building housing these apartments is located in Vila Madalena, São Paulo, and was designed by the architectural firm UNA Architects. With a rational floor plan, the 150 sqm apartments originally featured 3 suites, a social area, kitchen, storage room, service bathroom, laundry, powder room, and a balcony/balcony running along almost the entire length of one side of the apartments. This project for the client began at the stage of choosing an apartment for purchase. The advantages of the apartment in the center of Minsk were the panoramic view and an open floor plan, which allowed for a separate bedroom and dressing room despite the relatively small area of 51 square meters.

For this compact 52m² apartment, we proposed the greatest possible integration of the environments, creating, however, the possibility of a subtle separation of the bedroom and bathroom from the other areas, through an iron and corrugated glass partition, with a shrimp-type opening. The balcony was incorporated into the apartment area to allow for the creation of a dining table, as well as a small closet attached to the bedroom.

Optimizing the home owner's aesthetic personality and bringing more green and most relaxing space are the criteria set out for the architects.
