L.A. style with intimate indoor to outdoor living concept defines the Nova House by Productora

In the Echo Park neighbourhood of Los Angeles, Nova House by Productora doubles the size of an existing house. Leaving the existing bedroom suite and flexible studio/garage largely intact, the addition is a square space divided into three structural bays of approximately 10’0’’. Sloping ceilings with exposed wooden structure and clerestory windows provide an intricate variety of interconnected spaces between new and old.  Onnis Luque Viewed from the garden, the house has a distinctive saw-tooth silhouette with a regular spacing of openings. Experimental Co-Housing Denver project by Productora provides a compelling model for centrally located, low-cost housing

Only a few miles from the downtown area of Denver, this experimental co-housing project by Productora provides centrally located, low-cost housing for couples or individuals while integrating with surrounding suburban context.  Onnis Luque The 50-foot wide site parcel is divided into two equal lots. In accordance with local zoning codes, each lot can accommodate a main house and an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). Eight units in total are created here by organizing each front house into 3 studios, which come  complete with a bathroom and kitchenette, and access to a large communal living space. Spectacular lightweight canopy crowns the rooftop of a historic palace in Mexico City

On the rooftop of an early twentieth-century palace in Mexico City, this contemporary intervention shows how valuable structures can be creatively re-used and adapted. Onnis Luque Functioning as a space for cultural and festive events, the palace rooftop previously included three existing, uncovered patios. To make the rooftop space more functional in light of occasional rains that interrupt activities, the owners sought to provide cover.
