Product description

DECOUSTIC panel is a novel domestic development, which uses the most advanced woodworking technology, and high-quality imported raw materials. The panels are process at new Austrian equipment i.e. FELDER Profit-H10 applying laser tools, where a workpiece is not only perforated and saw-cut, but milled across all four lateral sides. This allows for mounting panels free from seams with invisible joints.

PHYSICAL OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Owning to perforation of the face surface, and glasscanvas glued from an underside, the panel is referred to the resonance type sound-absorbing material class, which features sound absorption in the medium-wave band.

APPLICATION
While absorbing the sound energy, DECOUSTIC allows for creating acoustic comfort in premises where the background noise level needs to be reduced, or an acoustic space needs to be established for the defined purposes. It is primarily relevant for for concert and cinema halls with electroacoustics, as well as for music studios and home theaters.
DECOUSTIC decorated perforated and non-perforated ‘wood style’ wall/ceiling panels are designed for acoustic interior finishing of public and private premises. CDF basic perforated panel is including more than 30 magnificent wooden patterns.
Panels are distinguished by scratch resistance and crashworthiness, which allows them to be successfully used in premises with high traffic, in particular in conference rooms and other multi-purpose halls of large capacity.

COMPOSITION
MDF type fiber panel (black) with a high volumetric density >1000 kg/m3, laminated with a layer of abrasion resistant decorative film based on melamine with different surface textures.
A breathable layer of glasscanvas glued from an underside ensures the required level of "acoustic losses".

DISTINCTIVE FEATURES
Panels are distinguished by scratch resistance and crashworthiness, which allows them to be successfully used in premises with high traffic, in particular in conference rooms and other multi-purpose halls of large capacity.
Seamless mounting approach ensures a perfect aesthetic result for even the most demanding customer i.e. no joints are visible.
A high strength of CDF ensures reliability of the edge of tongue, which often break in panels of conventional soft MDF. Dimensional stability at unstable temperature and humidity parameters in a premise thanks to a low moisture absorption and high density of the casing (over 1000 kg/m3). No risk of shrinkage, warping, popping out of the locks.
SwissCDF Swiss panels comply with environmental standards and fire safety requirements.
