Estudio Florida

Estudio Florida is an architecture studio based in Buenos Aires that is dedicated to designing and carrying out the development of private works and real estate projects. 

The way of approaching the practice of the study is crossed by mixed experience in new architecture, remodeling and production of real estate developments in its entirety. Through a joint vision, it manages to combine different disciplines, resulting in spaces that seek to maximize the experience of living. 

The studio was founded in 2014 and is currently directed by Arch. Agustina Servide and Arch. Sofia Calvaresi. Both graduated from the Torcuato Di Tella University and specialized in Real State for the Postgraduate Program in Real Estate Project Development from the University of Buenos Aires of Architecture and Urbanism.
