Three distinct building blocks on one unified urban plinth. The natural stone plinth unites the ensemble on the street level with uniform detailing and by reacting to the context and buildings above. These buildings follow their own architectural principle. A large glass office building, designed by SOM, refers to a modernistic past with a second skin adding aesthetic depth during the day. The smaller glass office building is designed by MVSA and has curved glass elements and refined detailing to maximize views on the Amstel. The residential tower is designed by Dam & Partners Architecten. The natural stone cladding is similar to that of the plinth and forms the backbone and counterweight to the two glass volumes. The architecture of the tower has a distinctive character largely due to the large corner balconies.

The residential tower stands 75 meters tall an offers 178 apartments in a wide range of sizes and types. The entrance of the tower is situated at the corner of the Ringdijk and Rocketstraat offering more liveliness to these streets. The generous outside spaces that characterizes the building, offers nice views over the city and the river Amstel. The facade of the building will be composed of natural stone in light grey tones giving the building a monolith and sculptural appearance.
