The project envisaged the reconstruction of the Soviet two-story office building as a home for the elderly, with the completion of the third floor. The plot is surrounded by a manor house, which borders the field and the cascade of ponds, which became a key factor in choosing a place for this function. The core of the first floor is the large lobby, which penetrates the building through and unites the public courtyard with a private chamber courtyard in the depths of the site. On the first floor there are three quadruple rooms, on the second floor there are 10 double rooms and on the third floor there are 11 single rooms.
On each of the floors there are zones for both joint rest and spending time, and with places where you can retire. The basic idea was to increase the social standard of living and saturation of the collective areas for both leisure and hobbies and other activities both inside the house and outside in the yards and the garden.
Проектом передбачалась реконструкція радянської двоповерхової адміністративної будівлі під функцію будинку для людей похилого віку, з добудовою третього поверху. Ділянку оточує садибна забудова, яка межує з полем та каскадом ставків, що і стало ключовим фактором при виборі місця під цю функцію. Ядром першого поверху є великий вестибюль, який пронизує будівлю наскрізь та об'єднує публічний двір з приватним камерним двориком в глибині ділянки. На першому поверсі розміщено три чотиримісних кімнати, на другому поверсі 10 двомісних, і на третьому 11 одномісних кімнат. На кожному з поверхів влаштовані зони як для сумісного відпочинку та проведення часу, так і з місцями де можна усамітнитись. За основну ідею було взято принцип підвищення соціального рівня проживання та насичення колективними зонами як для відпочинку так і для занять хоббі та іншими активностями як у середині будинку, так і ззовні у дворах та саду.
