The Centro Farmacéutico Vizcaíno has been used in very different ways since its construction. When it was converted into the headquarters of the Naturgás company, an unusually high level of sustainability was realised for an old building. The choice of Janisol Arte 2.0 steel windows, which preserve the protected exterior of the building, also contributes to this. With this far-reaching rejuvenation programme, the venerable Centro Farmacéutico became the first office building in Spain to achieve LEED Platinum certification. The building was converted into a retirement home in 2024.
