The house is created on the border of the estate’s building and ex-urban apple orchards on the hillside of the ravine. On the south the site connects with the mixed forest. Such conditions have defined the shape of the house. The volume of two levels follows the landscape and it implodes into a natural topography. The shape of a sloping roof dynamically rises into the forest’s side. Relief is dropping and it sets the opening of the theme in the middle of the house. Outside the street that is higher than the relief there are mechanical rooms and two children’s rooms. A volume which is falling down on the relief is increasing in the master bedroom and in the living room with the incredible view on the ravine.
The living room and the bedroom have got their big terraces. You can use them for going down the territory on the yard’s terrace with a barbecue area in the shadow of the forest.

Будинок розташовано на межі садибної забудови, та колишніх міських яблуневих садів, на схилі яру. З півдня ділянка контактує зі змішаним лісом. Саме ці умови визначили форму будинку. Об'єм будівлі в двох рівнях слідує за ландшафтом та інтегрується у природний рельєф. Форма скатного даху динамічно підіймається в бік лісу. Рельєф, що спадає, задає розкриття сюжету в середині будинку. З вулиці, вище рельєфу розміщуються технічні приміщення та дві дитячі спальні, а спадаючи вниз по рельєфу масштаб збільшується у мастер спальні та вітальні з чудовим розкриттям виду в яр.
Вітальня та спальня мають свої великі тераси, з яких можна спуститись нижче по території на терасу двору, із зоною барбекю у тіні лісу.
