Modern and stylish guest house with an area of 89 square meters. m, which is ideal for recreation. The space includes a relaxation area, a hammam, a kitchen, as well as a panoramic access to the pool.
General concept
The interior of the guest house is made in light colors, which creates a feeling of space and freshness. The dark anthracite tile floor adds contrast and visually increases the space. The ceiling in the kitchen and dining area is made of the same wood as the stairs, which creates a feeling of warmth and coziness.The space of the guest house is divided into zones with the help of glass structures. The bathroom uses frosted designs to ensure privacy, while the hammam uses transparent designs to create a sense of space and light.
Recreation area
The recreation area is the heart of the guest house. Here you can relax by the fireplace, watch TV or just chat with friends. A large window provides access to natural light, and a panoramic exit to the street allows you to enjoy the view of the landscape.
Lighting scenario
In the rest area, a lighting scenario has been created for comfortable rest and viewing. The sofa is positioned so that from it you can see the entrance from the pool and the entrance from the other side.
Opposite the sofa is a TV with shelves under which LED lighting is installed, which creates a pleasant backlight on the floor. To maintain the atmosphere, you can include either only an LED strip or a track lighting system that is located above the TV on the ceiling.
Spots are placed around the perimeter of the recreation area, which can also be turned on separately, which allows you to create different lighting scenarios depending on your mood and needs.
Stair constructions
The stairs to the second floor, sheathed with veneered fiberboard, perform two additional functions: on the one hand, there is a wardrobe, and on the other, it is intended for storing various supplies. A glass partition to the ceiling is installed on the side of the hall, which adds transparency and lightness to the interior.
Hammam
The hammam has an ideal atmosphere for relaxation and restoration of health. Pastel shades in the interior create a feeling of tranquility, which helps to completely relax and enjoy a refreshing bath or shower. In addition, in two rooms of the hammam, a block of the starry sky is installed, which adds a special charm and unique atmosphere to the rest.
Glass partitions
Glass partitions and doors made of tempered glass with black profiles are installed in the hammam, sauna and shower area: frosted glass on the side of the hall with sliding doors, a transparent partition in the shower to protect against water splashes.
The entrance to the hammam is made of a transparent wall with hinged doors, as well as a glass portal, mirrored on the sofa side and transparent on the hammam side.
Shower room and bathroom
The bathroom and shower area are made compact, while maintaining ergonomics. In the bathroom, there is enough space for storing accessories in the closet, and in the shower area, a hidden shower system is used, which harmoniously fits into the overall concept of the interior.
Kitchen and dining room
A kitchen with a dining room is a functional and stylish space where you can prepare delicious food and gather at the same table with friends or family. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary modern appliances, and the dining area accommodates a large table and chairs. In addition, this area has created a place where you can relax with a book or a cup of coffee on the sofa near the kitchen or on the windowsill. The dining area is spacious and can accommodate 10 people. The lighting in this area has several scenarios, which allows you to create a cozy atmosphere.
A grill is also installed in this area, which creates an incredible atmosphere at night. It is covered with glass on one side, and on the other, if necessary, closed with a metal panel.
