This concept idea was developed for the use of "Speedstack" technology in the reconstruction of Ukraine with the support of "Rebuild Ukraine Hackathon".
Idea
To create an affordable, mobile home that IDP (Internally displaced person) can purchase or rent, or temporarily use in a safe region. Also the idea was to make these autonomous living units easily and inexpensively convertible into full-fledged permanent housing (private houses, multi-apartment buildings) in any location in Ukraine after the war. After all, post-war countries have a problem of using temporary housing that becomes unnecessary when displaced families receive permanent and quality housing.

Speed
SpeedStac prefabricated units are available pre-built with ready-made floor plans suitable for different numbers of occupants. The facades are mechanically assembled. Living unit can include optional features such as solar panels, solar collectors, rainwater collection and purification systems, and air recuperator. Wall and floor finishes can also be ordered at the factory, as well as furniture assembly.
Multifunctionality and Sustainability
The unit can be used as a self-contained residential building, hotel, or other type of structure. Then, it can be disassembled and reused for apartment buildings.
Cost-effectiveness
Significant cost savings are achieved through the use of a conveyor system. Additionally, when the self-contained unit is converted into an apartment in a multi-unit building, the facade, some windows, roof, and autonomous supply elements can be returned to the factory for reuse with compensation for their value.
Mobility
The self-contained unit can be easily transported by truck or train throughout the country. It can be placed on leased land without the need for permits to connect to municipal networks.
Scalability
Entire settlements can be easily and quickly created from self-contained units. They can be actively rearranged and combined with each other.
