The newest sports and fitness complex for FC Krasnodar is located in Adygea, on the territory of the main training base, near the village of Chetuk, on the picturesque bank of a reservoir, surrounded by forest.

The main functional purpose of the building is to prepare the main team players for matches and their rehabilitation. Architecture provides spacious hotel rooms, a big canteen with a panoramic view of the reservoir, various recreational and play areas.

The plasticity of modern luxury yachts was used in the formation of the volumetric-spatial solution of the building. Smooth contours of the facades, descending to the water surface with multi-level «decks» of floors and open terraces, create the plasticity of the building. The complex consists of 3 blocks of different heights: a hotel, a spa area, and several sport facilities.

Each building in the plan resembles an ellipse. Each subsequent floor is smaller in area than the previous one, due to which the building acquires a dynamic appearance. The buildings are turned relative to each other in such a way as to provide the best views of the interior spaces. A cascade of terraces, benches and steps, «flowing» down the coastal slope, harmoniously connect the building with the surrounding landscape.
