The podium façade consists of integrated prefabricated concrete panels, which combine structural, insulation, decorative, lighting, and window functionalities, prefabricated in the factory and installed on-site. The vertical lines of the tower are ventilation columns that serve both as decorative elements and functional features for ventilation, lighting, and smoke extraction.
