Starting from the privileged position of the land with a spectacular view, the design and the chosen materials of the residence should have been able to highlight this advatage. The access to the house is from the eastern side of the plot while the path intersects with the water, which surrounds the building ending up in the swimming pool. The interior of the house looks like being exposed and the residents have the impression of living in a building from glass. This is enhanced with the choice of materials such as mirror, marble, inox which enable the reflection of the sun light. The whole style and the construction refer to minimal design.
