A villa where simplicity of shapes becomes originality and elegance. Baden-Württemberg is one of the sixteen German federal states, located in the southwest, at the border with France and Switzerland. The region is known for its rich and modern economy, such that it’s considered one of the economic driving forces of the whole Germany. In this flourishing context you can admire this original private villa, consisting of three floors, a terrace with glass balustrade, a garden and a pool area.
The natural manufactured stone Geopietra®, in the Toce model, was used for cladding some of the external walls of the house, with installation on external thermal insulation. The stone was also applied to the terraced walls that lead to the oudoor swimming pool area and they support it, creating chromatic continuity between the main structure and the outdoor area. White tones dominate the masonry, thanks also to the GeoBi mortar (Marche colour). The colour white, used for the outdoor flooring, creates a refined contrast with the dark details of the building, highlighting all colours of the surrounding nature. The particular shape of the villa’s top floor, where the night area is located, recalls a telescope looking at the horizon.
