SENN Studio

The high-quality loft apartment in the attic is located not far south of the popular Tempelhofer Feld. Sustainable and ecological materials were used in the construction. Thus, the entire attic was built of solid wood, which is also partially visible from the inside.  Generous floor-to-ceiling windows facing south, provide a light-flooded penthouse.

The cooking, dining, and living area is the heart of the penthouse. It extends over two floors and conveys a feeling of generosity. From the gallery you have a spectacular view into the two-story living area and access to the HWR and storage room.

The modern, dark fitted kitchen divides the space into its three functions. From the living room you can access the 10 m² roof terrace.  This is oriented to the south and opens to the quiet green courtyard.

The apartment also has two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, as well as a hallway with wardrobe.

The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, so that the screed is nice and warm in winter.

On the roof there are solar collectors for heating drinking water.
