Shop of the THB franchise, bagelry in Baltimore, Maryland.
THB is the result of the commitment and ideas of the Scotto family, originally from Monte di Procida, which in just 10 years has come to build a solid and prosperous business reality with a fresh and dynamic catering formula, where the harmony of the team is the first ingredient to success!
The Columbia Crossing location is the fifth store of the Thb family and the first (but not least) designed by the manuarino studio.
The team, led by the architect Salvatore Vicidomini, has ventured into the acquisition of the values and philosophy of the Thb brand, translating them into an atmosphere that suggests from the first glance the freshness of the product, the liveliness of the brand, the energy of work team.
From the very first meeting with Ciro Scotto, one of the owners, one key word was identified above all: ENERGY!
Starting from the colors of the brand: green and orange, a harmonious recipe of lights, materials and formal solutions has been combined to give to the customer a pleasant, comfortable and fresh experience.
Gray concrete floor in strictly Italian porcelain stoneware, from the Casalgrande brand; soundproofing lamps by Noverb Design (a young Flegrean company specializing in products for acoustic comfort); unpublished furnishings designed by the manuarino studio and made by a Neapolitan craftsman (Passione Legno by Valerio Pugliese), then shipped to the USA, with details in hot-dip galvanized metal and left exposed and multilayer wood of birch left in natural color; climbing plants hanging from the wooden brise soleil.
These are some of the ingredients of the Made in Italy or rather Made in Naples interior design, which has brought the Thb brand to a new level of image and functionality and which will also be applied to the next stores.
An adventure that began a few years ago and is giving surprising results despite the geographical distance, and which is leading to collaborations that form an increasingly virtuous network between the United States and the Phlegraean area, a very peculiar feature of the territory that hosts the studio.
