We carried out the design of a conceptual project. However, its adaptation and drawings are carried out by another agency.
Townhouses’ neighbourhood located in the suburb of Kyiv. . The site belongs to the mixed forest from the one hand and to the passage from the other hand. So this site is out of the context of the village and it connects systematically with the forest.
The volume of the apartment is divided into two levels. There is a living room on the first floor. The living room’s singularity is the integration of the interior space with the forest outside.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor. One of them is oriented to the forest’s side.
Every module of the townhouse has got its own terrace and not great area from the forest’s side.
In the forest into 100 metres deep you can find a circle track for running and walking. It is ecologic and picturesque place in the shadow of the trees. It will be suitable for active or peaceful recreation as for adults as for kids.
Нами було розроблено лише концептуальний проект, його адаптація та робочі креслення розроблялися сторонньою організацією.
Квартал таунхаусів Форест Парк Гора знаходяться у передмісті Києва, в межах селища Гора. Ділянка примикає до змішаного лісу з одного боку та до каналу з іншого. Таким чином вона є відрізаною від контексту селища та планомірно поєднується з лісом.
Об‘єм квартири розділено на два рівні. На першому поверсі знаходиться вітальня, особливістю якої є інтеграція внутрішнього простору з лісом назовні. На другому поверсі знаходяться дві спальні, одна з яких також орієнтована у бік лісу.
Кожен блок таунхаусу має свою терасу та невелику територію з боку лісу.
В самому ж лісі, вглиб на сто метрів, є кільцева доріжка для бігу та прогулянок. Це екологічне та мальовниче місце у затінку дерев, що підходить для активного чи тихого відпочинку дорослих і дітей.
