This project takes place in a family home constructed in the 70’s. There wasn’t any modification or renovation since 40 years : a renovation was needed. We started with the kitchen and the ground floor floors. The wall separating the kitchen from the dining room was demolished to bring more natural light and to ease the flow/movement in these rooms. The owners chose their kitchen at Arrital Cucine, an italian brand. It’s made of mat black Fenix and natural oak to soften this strong contrast. The kitchen floor is a textured tile with an old patina. It is perfect for this kind of building and does reflect the style of it. The result of this renovation is stunning and natural light is now enriching these beautiful spaces.
