This project for a single-family house stands out for its adaptation to the terrain's unevenness and the fluid interaction between internal and external spaces. The residence, distributed over two floors, was designed to take advantage of the 3 meter natural slope, offering practical access and dividing the common and private areas in a functional way.
The entire lot is surrounded by green spaces, which contributes significantly to the quality of life of its residents. The presence of green areas favors a healthier environment, providing direct contact with nature and adequate space for outdoor activities, leisure and coexistence, also promoted by the external eating area. The house designed in natural tones helps not to clash with the environment in which it is located, thus creating a cohesive and pleasant environment.
The main entrance is located on floor -1, where the common area is located, consisting of a large open-concept living and dining room, integrating with the kitchen and large glazed openings, which connect the interior to the external space. This design favors natural lighting and air circulation, as well as providing a harmonious transition between the interior and the outdoor environment.
The 1st floor, located at street level, houses the private area of the residence, with four bedrooms, including a master suite. This level, in addition to ensuring greater privacy, also offers an additional entrance for residents. This functional division by floors ensures a clear separation between the social and intimate space, making the most of the plot's topography and creating a modern, practical and welcoming home.
