With the aim of bringing the street atmosphere into the development, the proposal is based on the premise of permeability and activation of the ground floor. El edificio está ubicado en una esquina entre dos calles de naturaleza muy diferente: por un lado, la calle Pablo Iglesias tiene el ancho de una avenida; por otro lado, la calle Joaquim Valls es una calle estrecha dentro del trazado histórico del barrio. El proyecto "Casa Bosques" se caracteriza principalmente por una fachada completamente introspectiva. Desde el exterior, su diseño minimalista y robusto crea una sensación de privacidad y reclusión, con paredes que parecen cerrar el espacio al mundo exterior. Sin embargo, al entrar, la experiencia cambia radicalmente. Con un sitio de topografía medianamente marcada, esta casa se adapta y se permea muy bien con su contexto. Se conceptualizó bajo la premisa de procurar un solo nivel en la mayoría de la casa logrando ser un proyecto discreto y privado. Se desplaza en una forma de escuadra de tal manera que priorizamos la vista y áreas verdes para área social y proponemos un cuerpo para las recámaras que genera privacidad y se orienta hacia el Sur.
