Casa al Bosc Projecte de recuperació i rehabilitació d’un habitatge rural i del seu entorn, com a residència ocasional, entès com un refugi dins del bosc.  L’habitatge preexistent se situa dins d’un conjunt de marges de pedra en desús on hi ha crescut un bosc mediterrani de pi i alzina. The Amoreiras 43 project proposes the rehabilitation of a small building, for a single family house, which is spread over several floors and has an outdoor patio with garden and a pool. Following BBB’s 2016 Master Plan for the National Presbyterian Church, the project is the first major alteration since the completion of the building, designed by Harold E. Wagoner, in 1967. The Church is listed on the DC Inventory of Historic Sites. BBB designed two additions which expand the Main Church building; in the first, new meeting rooms clad in salvaged limestone with large glass entrances open onto the new outdoor terrace and an expanded roof terrace above, overlooking an existing garden. Originally constructed in 1915 and later expanded in 1949, the former Kress Department Store resides in the heart of downtown San Antonio as a contributing structure to the Main & Military Plaza Historic District. Prior to this project, the building had become a shell of its former self, and a stain on a community that is currently on the rise, thanks to private and public investment. Built in 1894, this historic property is situated on a "corner" riverwalk lot near Main Plaza in downtown San Antonio. The building had previously been a chinese restaurant, but recently, the building had fallen into major disrepair after numerous remodels over the years that left the building a shell of its former self. Winthrop House, comprised of two Neo-Georgian former freshman dormitory buildings from 1913, had undergone few upgrades since its construction. The renewal program re-envisioned Winthrop’s residential, academic, social, and co-curricular spaces and addresses technical challenges, including significant envelope upgrades, the installation of all-new mechanical systems, and detailed restoration work for the House’s signature public spaces.
