D.S. Blay Established in Tel Aviv in 1989 by Dvora and Samuel Blay after they arrived from New York City where they lived, worked and studied. For 12 years both worked in New York for well known firms, and worked on award wining projects. Immediately upon starting their practice in Israel, D.S. Blay retained as clients some of the leading store chains in Israel followed by some High Tech companies. Most of the retail clients are well known store chain domestic and international. High Tec companies as well are domestic and international companies that have facilities in Israel. D.S. Blay provides an on going design services for their new and existing facilities. Dvora and Samuel Blay are the principals of their practice with an office of 5 employees.
