LAAB architecture
LAAB architecture is a creative collective transforming the built world through strategic design.
The firm was founded in 2020 by architect and creative thinker Michel Lauzon, previously President of retail design firm Aedifica (2017-2020) and Chief Creative Officer of Montreal-based architecture firm Lemay (2009-2017). LAAB advocates for a deep rethink of conventional practices and proposes an augmented architecture service to radically enhance design outputs and real estate results. Its creative collective leverages STRATEGIC DESIGN - a cross between design thinking, architecture and strategic consulting - that can tame the world’s most wicked design challenges and release every project’s hidden potential for greatness.
Based in Montreal, with an international outlook, LAAB crafts bespoke spaces that accelerate business outcomes for a wide range of clientele: developers, brands, organizations, and owners who create, deliver, and manage built environments of all types and scales. LAAB's clientele share a common desire to deliver innovative projects, curate captivating consumer experiences, and build spaces that celebrate their brand.
LAAB was selected in the Twenty + Change 2024 New Perspectives as top 20 emerging architecture firms to watch in Canada.
