Elahie Apartement
Afra Residential Apartment is located in one of the most prosperous neighborhoods in the north of Tehran.
In designing the volume and facade outside the cube geometry has been used to create the required spaces.
The design scenario of project spaces is defined by moving the cubes from the facade surface in such a way that vertical connections, void spaces (natural light entry) and green space (terrace) of the project facade are defined.
Due to the constraints ahead, including a minimum width of 9.8 meters of land, we brought open space into the project with minimum standards.
Afra residential apartment is designed based on the cubic morphology of the plan functions and creating Void space and terrace.
The cubes create terraces for the units to match the interior plan of the space .
The terraces move to the facade of the building, and the empty spaces direct the light into the interior spaces
