To the west of the Metropolitan Area is Bosque Real, one of the most important luxury housing urban developments in the center of the country.
Specifying a tower in this area led us to seek a differential both in design and in advantages for future users, without forgetting the functional factor of the architecture.
This is how a tower of 31 luxury apartments was arrived at, in which each unit occupies an entire level of the building, taking advantage of the 360-degree views of the surroundings and optimizing factors such as lighting, privacy and spaciousness inside.
The stance occurs in a circular area, so the building appears to rotate. This feature, in addition to providing great expressiveness to the design, works as a shield against the strong winds of the place.
The terraces of each apartment are rearranged floor by floor, in a 90-degree change from the first to the last, so a rotation effect arises in the building.
Each client will have the possibility to choose if they want their outdoor spaces as part of the department’s private program or in the public area.
In the first three levels there will be common areas and amenities for the condominium owners, such as a playroom, a party room, a spa, a gym, a pool area, a parking area and a double-height lobby.
