Ground Zero en tant que Architectes.

After having lived in a crowded colony for over a decade, the client wanted an airy, spacious, and calming space. The clients preferred bold play of colors, which allowed us to create a home exactly the way we perceived it. Manifesting an understated luxury, balanced dramatics, and elegant quirks, this abode displays an array of materials, playful textures, and elegant artworks brought together through conscious design. The home accommodates expansive social spaces, a living room, a dining area, five bedrooms, a kitchen, and two decks. Each space is uniquely designed, showcasing various moods and yet tied together in a single unit with design elements flowing harmoniously.

As one enters, a captivating sculpture instantly draws attention imbuing the space with an artistic appeal. The textured panel forms a perfect backdrop for the sofa. The dining is drenched with natural light that pours in from the skylight which further adds to the charm. The showstopper comes in the form of a huge rectangular art piece depicting nature in dramatic shades of blue and green. The dining acts as the focal node for other areas of the residence. All five bedrooms are designed keeping multigenerational lifestyles in mind.

The bed back wall of the parent’s bedroom is paneled in veneer acting as a sliding window with an intricate wallpaper adding a regal touch. The guest room has been rendered an added charm of luxury by fabric-textured wallpaper on the bed back along with a fluted glass entrance for the bathroom.

The master bedroom is an austere space intercepted with understated luxury. A stylish bed along with a blue-toned headboard is complemented with an orange pop artwork in the bedroom. A radiant yellow and grey encompass the kid’s bedroom. The room has mathematical symbol details on the wardrobe. A rejuvenating contrast of pinkish nude with black glass adorns the daughter's room. A completely upholstered cream-tone bed back adds elegance to the room. The deck has a cozy nook with a Buddha sculpture, an armchair, and a sofa. The combination of these three makes the spot a welcoming place apt to unwind there with a cup of coffee and a book.
