After a long and thorough analysis and development the new retail concept for a multinational telecom company has seen the light of day.
The main request from the client was to create a concept that is loved by their main target group (Gen Y) and accepted by others. A fluid shape was developed and implemented on modular display units that can be fitted in any of their stores no matter how big or small it might be.
Special attention was taken in positioning the in-store visual communication and customer guidance through the different zones. A completely new zone in the industry was also created. It is reserved for the services productifiation, or in short, the transformation of the usual telecom services into something tangible. Product boxes and value added service cards their clients can purchase and take with them making the whole shopping experience feel more real.
