Designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, Three Waterline Square is one of three distinct yet synergistic buildings that make up Waterline Square, a residential complex from GID Development Group located along the Hudson River waterfront on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Hill West Architects served as the executive architect for the master plan, which on top of the luxury residences includes a 2.6-acre park designed by MNLA complete with fountains, tree lined pathways, a playground and over 100,000 square feet of leisure, lifestyle and sport amenities. The faceted 33-story glass tower contains 244 homes featuring elegant interiors by Groves & Co., who created a modern, yet warm aesthetic with rich marble, resplendent woods and floor-to-ceiling windows.
