Villa H is located in the CIL district of Casablanca. Oriented along the north-west and south-east axis, the layout of the house relies on the search for a scenography through different atmospheres that define each entity. This makes it possible to create specific ambiances while being part of an overall fluidity. The villa was born from a balance between functionality and fluidity, openness and privacy, simplicity and richness of textures and materials.
The chicane entrance allows a certain privacy of use in relation to the outside space. Once inside, the atmosphere is refined and open to the garden and pool.
Great interest is given to the proportions and details in the choice of materials, specifically wood and marble coverings, treated in horizontal layout strata to give harmony and cohesion to the whole.
