At Kohler, we denounce the all tragic acts of racism and social injustice in the United States and around the world. As human beings and as a society, we  cannot be content with the status quo and must address the hard systemic work required to truly eliminate injustices and inequality. As a company, we look to our guiding principles, values and beliefs to help us be a stronger force for positive change in addressing inequality and the advancement of those underserved and discriminated against. The true test is not what we say, but the real progress we make in the months and years ahead.
