Petersen Cover is a 100% hand-made, hand-struck tile product, which is not laid in mortar but is mounted to the roof- or the façade construction of a building. Like Kolumba, Petersen Cover is gas-fired in periodic kilns.
Kolumba™ is made according to a tradition, hundreds of years old, of using wooden moulds. Kolumba is hard fired in periodic kilns, which results in the unique and characteristic colours.
The Petersen D-range of water-brushed bricks is made on machines that simulate manual production and produce a rough surface with four equally usable sides. The characteristic play of colours is the result of 100% coal-firing.
