The project consists of expanding the existing house (built at the beginning of the 21st century) in order to create a garage for 3 cars and a space that could work as an atelier. The existing construction is pratically unchanged, adding to the connection corridor (not seen because it is buried) bewween the existing area and the area to be built.
The slope of the land is quite pronounced in the area where the expansion is located. Floor 0 has direct access to the exterior land, allowing pedestrian and car entrance.
It takes advantage of the characteristics of the land to bury part of the building to be built, in order to reduce its visual impact and avoid major earthmovings. The extension is thus disguised in the land, and the existing dwelling continues to be the main building. The expansion is taken to completely different volume.
