Machiya House East of Kinkakuji Temple

This residence is a renovated Kyo-machiya built 95 years ago, near Kinkakuji Temple. Nishijin was once lined with workshops and residences for textile craftsmen, and this Machiya was one of them. In addition, the client works remotely from his home. In a sense, this combination of work and home, which has been increasing in recent years, represents an everyday culture that is deeply rooted in the history of Nishijin and Machiya. The challenge was introducing a Japanese cultural icon into the heart of old Tbilisi with a nod to Georgian cultures. Renovation of 1970 Nissen Building

This is the renovation project of old building in the site of historical area in Takaoka, Toyama, Japan. To open to the city, we installed long deck used for events and terrace. The counter of the cafe is triangle shape to secure maximum view for opening to the city. Ansche Chesed Synagogue

La ristrutturazione della sinagoga Ansche Chesed, risalente a 94 anni fa, da parte dello Studio ST Architects, rivitalizza lo spazio per incoraggiare un maggiore senso di comunità e per soddisfare le esigenze del ventunesimo secolo. An environmentally responsible office project, focused on recycling and reusing both space and materials.  Developed inside a former textile factory from the first half of the twentieth century, Oficinas Leonali seeks to revive a disused space by giving another essence to the place. Caption The project takes advantage of and rescues the original structure of the factory, adapting the building to create a new use and atmosphere within the space. This time our team has worked on the 3d visualization of a renovated commercial building in Collingwood, Australia.  The authors have an audacious goal of reshaping the urban cityscape while keeping its authentic appearance. 3D renderings we created for XO Projects architects highlight the core concept of renovation: two parts of the building, the old and the modern, make up a harmonious whole where they mutually reinforce each other without mixing.  Caption Caption Altro

Single-storey House in Bandobashi

In Bandobashi, a neighbourhood of Yokohama, Roovice collaborated with the studio Araki + Sasaki architects to renovate a scattered 50-year old building in a hut-like house. The building is located in a corner big plot, where all the accesses from the roads were and still are currently occupied by other constructions. This peculiar condition left the scattered hut without a direct connection to the street, which limited the solutions for the project. MUN Architects transforms a 4 story shophouse into a tech office.Located in the middle of the hectic city of Bangkok, Thailand. The typical low ceiling shophouse building has been reprogrammed and refurbished for Baksters. Started by emptying the building, removing some unwanted floor slabs, and keeping the original reinforced concrete post and beam structure.
