Capital Tower office
Located in Kowloon Bay, an innovative workplace designed for a sprawling flat in Capital Tower with around 4,000 square feet. Our client is a company engaged in gaming related industry, who has the storage needs to showcase different sizes of figures, therefore, a new design approach is used with the contrasting and sharp aesthetics to present. Merging with the style of the company, irregular concise lining on the black walls appealing in different areas of the space, to generate a sensation of the minimalist futurism.

CONCEPTION : although it might be evocative of certain metal modular systems from the office world, Dita clearly distances itself from these in a number of ways: its lacquered panels are in wood rather than sheet metal; its discreet profiled uprights with their sophisticated finish are perfectly placed, cast and not part of the structure; a matching handle which is light and beautifully designed; and its small, slim feet which continue the line of the structure in a very natural way.QUALITY OF MANUFACTURE & FINISHES: uprights are in 15 x 15 mm anodised aluminium section in a brushed bronze finish. A Contemporary Cube With a Parametric paradigm
Being a young enterprise, Rajat and I wanted a small studio, to step our identity in India after moving back from London. A studio that matched our taste of minimalism and that enabled us to explore new imaginative ideas. we decided to choose a 1150 sq.ft contemporary studio which is truly experimental in its materiality, Porosity and Style.
We have played with the cube shell, through a Minimalistic approach, and believing that “Less is more”. Through use of simplified visual compositions, the ambience of the office is ecstatic, Collective and collaborative.
