Four Points Express by Sheraton

SpaceInvader has completed the interior design scheme for new hotel brand Four Points Express by Sheraton in its first European iteration in London’s Euston. The commission included all the hotel’s rooms, public spaces and F&B offers, as well as all wayfinding design. The 211-bed hotel is operator Splendid Hospitality’s first venture with Sheraton owner Marriott International, and follows a £50million investment in the scheme, undertaken with co-developers Assured CMS and Dean Street Developments. Located at the ecological park of Yixing Provence of China, the new Unbounded Collection of Hyatt Group is a retreat into nature. In-between architects designed the 99 rooms using the idea of a mountain teahouse as a metaphor. The brand aims to use culinary experiences to activate an enthusiasm for life, appealing to a young Gen Z demographic with a dining space which offers a futuristic interpretation of South-East Asian style.  Seth Powers The brand is most evidently represented in the restaurant colour scheme: a range of soft pink and terracotta tones bring a consistent warm tonality to the space. The Chocolatería San Ginés franchise project in CDMX focused on adapting the Spanish business to a contemporary and local Mexican context. Taking Apollo and Dionysus as aesthetic symbols, Nietzsche explored the dialectic spirit state: dreaming and intoxicating, illusion and ego. The space's name - Blazing Night, consisting of contrasting imagery. Therefore, we take the dialectic spirits as a spatial metaphor from the perspective of time. Blazing Night is based on a compound model of a cafe by day/a bar by night to illustrate the vision of interacting with the future.
