Common Affairs creates unusual architecture for everyday life. We create striking buildings and places that every person can make their own. With room for individual and collective; for similarity and difference. Our architectural office has a rich history of projects and with years of experience in urban planning and architecture. We are based in the former warehouse Loods 6, on Amsterdam's IJ River. Common Affairs was founded in 2016 and emerged from Soeters Van Eldonk architects and Het Keizerrijk architects. The office is led by Berend Hoffmann, Jos van Eldonk and Mirko Post
