Other projects include Schwarzman College at Tsinghua University; One Horizon Center, a 650,000-square-foot office tower in Gurgaon, India; 30 Park Place, an 82-story tower in New York City that combines a 185-key five-star Four Seasons hotel with 157 condominium apartments; Correll Hall for the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia; Heart of Lake, a high-rise garden suburb in Xiamen, China; the Immanuel Chapel for Virginia Theological Seminary; and two new residential colleges at Yale University.
