The project took advantage of the raw finishes delivered by the construction company, such as the ceiling and pillar in exposed concrete, as well as the raised floor in burnt cement. Only one bathroom was built to transform the bedroom into a suite, and some elements in joinery and metalwork were designed to meet the client's functional demands. These pieces are also important in defining the layout of the functional program without the need for new walls.
